Hastings Borough Council is responsible for planning, street cleaning, maintaining our parks and gardens (and Hastings Country Park), improving housing standards and reducing homelessness, off street car parking, licensing, environmental health, regeneration, tourism, the cliff railways, and much more in Hastings.
Hastings is a great place to live, work and visit, but still has its challenges, made worse by Covid. The council is working hard with partners to continue to improve the town and is now working with the Town Deal Board on a £110m plan to regenerate the town through the Town Deal Fund.
